About

Nina is an oil painter studying Painting at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She is currently exploring a range of subjects, but views most of her work as figure painting at heart.

She started painting at a young age, but took a hiatus to attain a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. Combining both art and engineering, she now works as a lighting designer at Color Kinetics on aesthetic lighting projects and art installations. Her focus on light and its effects on perception continue to inform her art.
